Vintage 2005 was this Dornfelder red wine first offered to HK. A touch of velvet and dark red color, softly tannin and elegant sweetness of this southern type of German Red wine; make it very easy for us to drink. Off dry, smooth like silk, this one has a hint of mint taste (light spearmint), a fine note of Black cherry, with violet reflexes.

Suggest to cooling it down to 8-10°C lightly in summer to start & let it air for about half an hour. It matches well with Pizza, pasta, and meat with light sauce or as a good wine just to enjoy for the Summer!.
This 2017 Dornfelder is a light and fruity red wine, easy to drink, dark cherry and raspberry, don't serve it too warm! nice red wine for the Summer!
