2004 Vintage was the first time this St. Laurent introduced to Hong Kong, hinted fruits that has dark color peels; such as prunes and dark berries, soft and creamy. 80% of the wines stayed 1 year in a 100 year old 4000L. huge barrel, some goes to normal oak barrels. An valuable wine with an enormous potential of flavour and a velvet kind and touch of barrique; Beautiful rubin-red color with a shine of violet.

This Vintage 2015 St. Laurent red wine has soft tannin structure, full bodied, taste of ripe plums and wild berries. Interestingly this wine is able to be served in chilled temperature.

Pizza, Pasta and similar; as well as meat dishes with spice sauces.
