This red wine is from the 2021 vintage. It was aged for eight months in French oak barrels, a process that allowed the wine to maintain its youthful vibrancy while achieving an excellent smooth balance.
Its tannins are medium, soft yet assertive, providing a beautiful framework for the fruit and oak aromas, perfectly integrated without any dryness, resulting in a very elegant and rounded texture. The aromas burst forth with fresh red and black fruit notes—ripe cherry, raspberry, blackberry, and a subtle hint of plum. On the palate, you can taste juicy strawberry and blackcurrant, while the influence of French oak adds complex layers of vanilla, roasted almonds, and cinnamon, even with hints of dried fruit like fig or black plum, giving the wine greater depth. Very elegant. A classic Spanish-style red wine.
We recommend pairing it with roasted lamb chops, pasta with red sauce, Spanish seafood risotto; various roasted meats, roasted chicken, and cold cuts such as Iberico ham and cheese platters.
