Antão Vaz and Chardonnay fermentation in French oak barrels under temperature control, Arinto - fermentation in steel vats under temperature control.

Tropical notes and a hint of smoke suggested by the oak where it aged. Smooth, good body, again the tropical fruit well married with the oak in a pleasant, fresh ensemble potentate by the acidity stressing its youth.
Beside this 2014 vintage we have limited quantities in other two vintages 2010 and 2012.
