Introduction to German Wines with wine tasting, understanding the content of their wine labels. Mosel-Saar-Ruwer wine region: Mr. Michael Oster, from Mosel, Germany & Mr. Horace Cheung from Yui Kee Co. Ltd. will try to answer all your questions about German wines.
Appreciation of wine and music.
Five styles of wine will be served, accompanied by light snacks.
A guest host from the Hong Kong Harp Chamber will briefly introduce the instrument with lively commentary.
Learn about the harp and harp music.
Try out playing the harp yourself: Test your ears to see if you can tell which harps are producing what sound.
