I am pleased to inform you that a new shipment of German wine has arrived at our warehouse. The wine is ready to be purchased and delivered to your cellar.
These wines came from Hainfeld, a village in the Pfalz valley; one of the thirteen wine regions in Germany. It is the legendry "weinstraße" (Wine Road), west of Heidelberg. It is a favourite region for wine lovers. To learn more about this region, please visit:

Let me highlight the characteristics of this shipment to assist your selection. The key features of this shipment are:
01/ Three wineries: Klein, Koch, and Scherr, I call them KKS in short. Their wines are very different to the wine from Mosel-Saar-Ruwer that you may have tasted in our previous shipment. This time I would like to provide more information: "Total Acid" and "Residual Sugar" in g/l for your reference.
02/ A total of 27 new wines, including twelve White wines and twelve Red wines, one Rosy and two Sparkling,
03/ The style of wine reflects a direction of wine-making in this region, it is mostly dry, with a wide range in terms of alcohol content, from low as 11% to the powerful Grauer Burgunder; a variety that reaches the limit of still wine making, 15% by natural fermentation. In this region they do not focus on Riesling, as they know that their land offers something that is better for other varieties.
04/ Unique varieties:This might be the first time that the following wines have been seen in Hong Kong, maybe even the first time they have been sold outside of Germany:
a/ Saint Laurent: Red wine, our winery can only offer a maximum of 4000 Liters / hectare to ensure the highest quality,
b/ Fruehburgunder: Red wine, grown on 200 hectares in Germany,
c/ Dunkelfelder and Schwarzriesling are also dark grapes
d/ Scheurebe, Huxelrebe and Weissburgunder are white grapes.
e/ There are some more listed on our wine list.

05/ Very limited in quantity: please hurry; they are limited in quantity. For some varieties we have less than 100 bottles.
06/ Two Sparkling wines: They are excellent, especially the "Pinot Blanc de Noir (white) Spaetburgunder" which has a perfect sparkling golden color and creaminess. The other Sparkling wine is "Tausendundeinenacht(1001 nights)" by Muskatelle, I am sure you will love these two.
07/ Five of the white wines are Kabinett quality. They are the varieties Riesling, Gruener Silvaner, Huxelrebe and two are Kerner.
